Default 04 UK Colours

Knowing how much interest there is in the new colours (especially on Simmo and PL's part!), I asked my dealer whether we'd be getting Rio Yellow Pearl. He sent me the chart below in reply, saying he wasn't sure whether "New Indy Yellow" is much different to old Indy Yellow. Maybe someone with a BananaMobile can check the paint code and see whether it's different.....?

Looks like we're also getting Moonrock

I doubt that the colour chart above is a very accurate rendering of actual colours.

Quite possibly, Chris - the file was sent to me as a .bmp, but you can't upload them into the photo album in that format so I had to save it as a .gif. I did get a warning when re-saving that it might affect the colours. That said, it looks pretty much the same as the version sent to me in .bmp.

I still thought people might be interested to see it anyway, even if it's not a 100% accurate depiction.

something tells me that mooncock will be the next silverstone! Just look at all the new Z4's out there and all the avus silver (dark silver) TT's... it is the new silver.

There was a thread a few months ago (I think started by MT), which attempted to link the colour names with their formula 1 inspiration. Red being fastest got "Formula" included in it's name - but I digress . The only name which at that time did not seem to refer to anything F1 related was Berlina Black, which is odd, as it is one of the original colours.
